Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of tater tots (for a crisper finish use mini tater tots)

  • 1 pound Steckler Family Meats ground beef

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 (10.75oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • Optional: any sort of veggie you want (corn, green beans, mixed veggies, peas, etc.)


Directions:

  1. Lay 1/2 the back of tater tots on the bottom of a casserole dish.

  2. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until warmed through.

  3. Cook beef and onion until cooked. Drain grease. Season the mixture with 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  4. In a separate bowl mix together the mushroom soup, milk, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Smash the warmed tater tots in the dish to cover the bottom. Layer in the ground beef mixture over top than pour the soup mixture evenly over the beef. Top with the remaining tater tots and sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the tots.

  6. Bake in the oven until bubbly and potatoes are golden brown. (30-45min)

  7. Enjoy!
