
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 med onion
2 stalks celery
1 head of cabbage
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 29oz can of tomato sauce
4 cups of beef broth
Green beans
Corn
Peas
Preferred seasonings: garlic and onion powder, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Directions
Chop onions and celery. Brown beef and sauté onions and celery.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Cut up the cabbage into thin slices. Add vegetables and cabbage to the soup.
Season to your heart's desire.
cook for 30 minutes in Instapot or cook on the stove until cabbage is soft.
If desired, add noodles when you add the cabbage.
